Privacy policy

Spanda T/A Therapy Nutrition, Mumbai ("we"), the seller of the products on Shashank's Therapy Nutrition.

• When you order: your name, e-mail, phone and delivery address, to deliver your order, send its invoice and keep you updated, and the order itself (what you bought, when, what you paid).
• Your account: to order, you confirm your mobile number with a code we send to it on WhatsApp, and we keep an account for you with your mobile number, name, e-mail and saved addresses, so you can check out faster and see your orders.
• Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive only a payment reference and its status, never your card or bank details.
• Cookies: only the ones the store needs to work: your cart, your sign-in, and short-lived messages between pages. No advertising or tracking cookies.

The phone number and addresses saved to your account are stored encrypted. The details on each order (your name, phone and delivery address) are kept with that order, which only our team and the people listed below can see. Our team and systems get only the access they need. Connections to the store are encrypted (https).

• The store's owner sees your orders and your contact details, as you are their client.
• The delivery partner or courier gets your name, phone and address to deliver your parcel.
• Razorpay processes your payment.
• WhatsApp (Meta) delivers your sign-in codes: it receives your mobile number and the code.
• Our e-mail service sends your order and account e-mails.
• We don't sell your data, and we share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.

Your orders and invoices for as long as tax law requires us to keep them (8 years). Your account until you delete it.

• Delete your account on the store (Account, then Delete my account): your name, e-mail, phone and addresses are erased; your past orders are kept without them, as tax law requires.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or anything else about your data: support@therapynutrition.in.
